Century Properties Group (CPG) is bringing its resort-inspired approach to residential development beyond high-rise living as it opens the show village of Cerulean Residences, a 25-hectare house-and-lot community in General Trias, Cavite.

The development represents a new direction for CPG, which has built much of its reputation through condominium projects featuring distinctive lifestyle amenities. With Cerulean Residences, the company is adapting concepts associated with projects such as Azure in Parañaque and Pampanga and Acqua in Mandaluyong for families looking for more space in a suburban setting.

Located in Barangay San Francisco along Arnaldo Highway, Cerulean Residences is envisioned as a master-planned community where homes, greenery, recreation, and water-inspired amenities come together.

Singapore-based Pomeroy Studio, which also worked on CPG’s Azure and Acqua developments, designed the community. Its master plan organizes the estate into three lifestyle zones featuring active areas for sports and fitness, quieter green spaces for relaxation, and water attractions reflecting the development’s resort character.

“Filipino families have always gravitated toward the water,” said CPG Managing Director Carlo Antonio. “What we learned from Azure and Acqua is that people do not just want to visit that feeling on a holiday, they want to come home to it.”

The newly opened show village introduces prospective homeowners to Cerulean’s two-storey residences, distinguished by contemporary architecture, asymmetrical rooflines, and minimalist interiors. The house models are named after beaches, reinforcing the community’s overall concept.

Around 1,100 homes are planned within the development. Each residence is designed to accommodate changing family needs, with layouts that maximize natural light and provide flexibility for growing households, evolving careers, and work-from-home arrangements.

Homes will also be delivered with perimeter fencing, a gate, a two-car garage, and provision for an electric vehicle charger.

“A house should be able to keep up with the family living in it,” Antonio said.

Accessibility is another part of the development’s positioning. Cerulean Residences is near Governor’s Drive, Aguinaldo Highway, and the Cavite-Laguna Expressway, providing connections to key areas of Cavite and Metro Manila.

CPG is also developing Century Lifepark, a commercial strip outside the community that will offer retail establishments and everyday essentials to residents and the surrounding General Trias market.

With its “Move Up, Live Better” direction, CPG aims to give growing families an opportunity to move into a larger home while enjoying the amenities and lifestyle traditionally associated with resort developments.

The Cerulean Residences Show Village is now open to visitors in General Trias, Cavite.
