Dining becomes a journey of familiar tastes and international discoveries at Café by Westside, the all-day dining restaurant of Grand Westside Manila Bay in Westside City, Parañaque.
Open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the restaurant welcomes guests throughout the day, whether for an early breakfast, a casual business lunch, an afternoon meal with family, or a relaxed dinner with friends. Its extensive menu reflects a mix of Filipino, Asian, Indian, Arabic, and Western influences, allowing diners to explore different cuisines without leaving their table.
Filipino comfort food remains an important part of the selection. Among the restaurant’s chef signatures is Kare-Kare, featuring slow-cooked oxtail served with savory peanut sauce and shrimp paste. Home Style Sinigang offers another familiar choice, with shrimp, salmon, US beef, or pork belly served in its distinctive sour broth.

Other local favorites include Adobo, Crispy Pata, Lechon Kawali, Pinakbet with Bagnet, and Pancit.
Beyond Filipino cuisine, Café by Westside introduces diners to flavors from across Asia and other parts of the world. Seafood Laksa combines prawns, squid, and mussels in Malaysian coconut broth, while Pad Thai and Black Pepper Beef add more Asian options.
Indian and Arabic dishes are represented by Murgh Makhani, Chicken Masala, Vegetable Korma, Chana Masala, and Biryani, with choices including chicken, egg, seafood, vegetables, and lamb.

Western comfort food is also available, led by the Signature Westside Burger made with US Angus beef and served on a charcoal brioche bun. Pasta and sandwiches complete the selection, while lighter dishes such as Lumpiang Sariwa, Thai Prawn and Pomelo Salad, and Vietnamese Vegetable Spring Rolls provide alternatives.
“Good food should feel familiar, but there should always be something new to discover,” said Chef Chris Lugtu, Executive Chef of Grand Westside Manila Bay. He explained that the restaurant combines well-loved flavors with dishes guests may be experiencing for the first time.

Dessert offers another reason to linger, with choices such as Dulce de Leche Cheesecake, 24-Carat Moist Chocolate Mousse Cake, Sugar-Free Tiramisu, and Westside Homemade Gelato in rotating flavors.
On Saturday evenings, the dining experience expands through the World of Flavours Dinner Buffet. The spread brings together Filipino and Asian favorites, Indian and Middle Eastern specialties, Western classics, freshly prepared dishes, and desserts, giving guests the freedom to create their own culinary journey.
For Grand Westside Manila Bay General Manager Joe Xavier Fijardo, dining is also about bringing people together. He said Café by Westside was created as a welcoming place where families, friends, travelers, and members of the local community can enjoy good food while sharing time around the table.

With its location near Entertainment City, SM Mall of Asia, and Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Café by Westside offers both hotel guests and local diners an accessible destination for everyday meals and weekend gatherings.
From Filipino favorites to international specialties and its Saturday buffet, Café by Westside turns a simple meal into an opportunity to discover something different—one plate at a time.
