Homes That Move with the Nation

The Camella Preastige Home Series, Fiona, Giana, and Hera were introduced to support multigenerational living, reflecting Filipino family dynamics while maintaining functionality, efficiency, and livability.

As 2025 drew to a close, Camella marked the year not just with numbers and milestones, but with stories of communities rising alongside the country’s growth. Across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, the brand continued shaping neighborhoods that respond to where Filipinos live, work, and dream—strengthening its role as a steady force in Philippine real estate.

The DOT Property Southeast Asia Awards 2025 named Camella as Best Mid-Range Developer, underscoring its scale, scope, consistency, and contribution to Philippine real estate.

In the north, Camella followed the rhythm of emerging cities. New communities such as Belfelice in Metro Vigan, Camella Solano in Nueva Vizcaya, and Arezzo and Sonvielle in Pangasinan brought housing closer to growing commercial and industrial centers. In Tarlac, Lucelia, Soleado, and Amandea in Capas supported families connected to nearby economic zones, while Granvida expanded in Bulacan through Baliwag, Belterre, and Solenea—areas shaped by mobility, trade, and new opportunities.

Camella maintained consistent engagement with residents through initiatives such as National Camella Day, underlining its commitment to the communities it serves.

Southward, Camella strengthened its presence in highly active markets. Tudor Square and Altamira in Cavite catered to families drawn to Metro Manila’s southern corridor, while Azurri in San Juan and Galini in San Pascual, Batangas, along with Monteia in Tayabas, Quezon, extended options for those seeking both access and balance. In the Visayas and Mindanao, developments like Orilla in Dumaguete, Montevia in Cebu City, Aurentia in Butuan, and Courtyard in Pagadian reflected Camella’s commitment to reach communities beyond traditional urban centers.

Camella‘s participation and support for Earth Hour emphasized its commitment to environmental stewardship and responsible development across residential communities.

Homes also evolved with changing lifestyles. New three-storey and mixed-use models—Tiara and Chiara—answered the need for flexible spaces where living, working, and small businesses can coexist. Other models such as Fiona, Giana, and Hera were designed for multigenerational households, honoring Filipino family traditions while adapting to modern routines.

Camella introduced Belfelice in Metro Vigan, alongside Camella Solano in Nueva Vizcaya, and Arezzo and Sonvielle in Pangasinan, to address the rising demand in North Luzon.

Beyond construction, Camella focused on connection. National Camella Day and Haraya: A Legacy of Fulfilled Dreams celebrated the meaning of owning a home, while Christmas Around the Islands with Camella brought festive activities like lighting ceremonies and homecoming fairs directly to communities.

The launch of Camella Aurentia in Butuan, Agusan del Norte and Camella Courtyard in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, sustains innovation and progress in Mindanao.

The year was also about shared direction. Through the Sandiwa Sales Conference and Awards, Lifescapes Expo 2025, and the VLink Sellers Accreditation Program, Camella strengthened partnerships with real estate professionals. Environmental responsibility remained central, highlighted by the campaign Switching Off for a Sustainable Future.

In the Visayas region, Camella advanced its strategy with Orilla in Dumaguete and Montevia in Cebu City.

This steady leadership was recognized when Camella was named Best Mid-Range Developer at the DOT Property Southeast Asia Awards 2025. Entering a new year, Camella moves forward with a clear purpose: to build communities that grow with the nation, turning the dream of home into a lasting reality for Filipino families everywhere.
