vivo Philippines turned Shangri-La The Fort into a creative lab as it officially launched the vivo X300 Series, a flagship lineup built for serious zoom and storytelling. Headlining the November 26, 2025 event was a live photography masterclass with acclaimed lensman Jan Mayo, who pushed the vivo X300 Pro’s 200MP ZEISS APO Telephoto Camera and pro-grade stabilization to the limit—showing guests how to “zoom up to 1600mm” and still get sharp, expressive images.

Instead of a typical product talk, the night unfolded like a guided journey through real-world shooting scenarios. Jan walked attendees through tackling long-distance subjects, motion, low light, and tricky lighting, all using the X300 Series. In one standout demo, host Nicole Cordoves posed from a booth across the ballroom while Jan shot from the stage, proving how the X300 Pro could pull in distant details with depth, clarity, and emotion. “The vivo X300 allows users to capture life from any distance, with clarity, emotion, and style,” he said.
Creativity took center stage with the “Frames of Creativity” photo contest, where guests shot their own stories using the X300 units. Judged by Jan himself, the top three entries came from Euden Valdez, Bryan Aliwalas, and Rica Virtucio—each image built around a unique moment of light, framing, and timing. After public voting on vivo Philippines’ Facebook page, Bryan was declared the winner on November 28, taking home a brand-new vivo X300.

Energy spiked further as P-Pop girl group CALISTA hit the stage with performances of “Race Car,” “Oops My Bad,” “Don’t Have Time,” and “Alas Dose,” giving guests the perfect opportunity to test the X300’s telephoto and stabilization in a real concert setting.
The vivo X300 Series is now available for pre-order until December 5, 2025, with the vivo X300 priced at Php 67,999 and the X300 Pro at Php 77,999.
