The spirit of golf and Filipino hospitality took center stage as BingoPlus officially welcomed the International Series Philippines (ISP) in grand fashion. The prestigious Asian Tour event, presented by the country’s leading digital entertainment platform, teed off with a press conference and welcome gala held on October 21, 2025, in Pasay City—marking the start of an exhilarating week of world-class competition, music, and culture.

Gracing the event were top executives and golf champions from across the globe, including Mr. Eusebio H. Tanco, Chairman of DigiPlus; Mr. Jasper Vicencio, President of AB Leisure Exponent Inc.; Mr. Rahul Singh, Head of the International Series; and Mr. Cho Minn Thant, Commissioner and CEO of the Asian Tour. They were joined by renowned players John Catlin, Marc Leishman, Taichi Kho, and Peter Uihlein, who expressed their excitement to play before passionate Filipino fans.

Mr. Rahul Singh shared that aside from the highly competitive tournament scheduled from October 23–26, fans can look forward to a major music festival on October 25 at the Aseana City Open Grounds. Headlined by Alan Walker and Apl.de.Ap, the concert—made possible by BingoPlus—promises to blend entertainment and sports into one unforgettable weekend.

During his opening remarks, Mr. Tanco highlighted the strong partnership between BingoPlus and the International Series, reaffirming the brand’s commitment to elevating local sports. He announced a $100,000 donation to the Asian Tour for the development of golf and an additional $50,000 contribution to the National Golf Association of the Philippines (NGAP) to promote the sport among young athletes.

The Welcome Gala that followed was a cultural spectacle—featuring performances that celebrated Filipino artistry and a modern Filipiniana fashion show led by Miss Universe Philippines queens. The evening also included a meet-and-greet with golf icons Dustin Johnson and Patrick Reed, and a symbolic toast of unity joined by executives and government officials, including DOT Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco and PAGCOR Chairman Alejandro H. Tengco.

Capping off the night, Mr. Tommy Hu, CEO of DigiPlus, presented tokens of appreciation to Mr. Singh and Mr. Thant, underscoring the shared mission of promoting world-class golf experiences for Filipinos.
