In an interview with Gulf News, he reflected on why pandas hold such significance: “Pandas are our Chinese national treasure, but it was Hollywood that first put pandas in movies with Kung Fu Panda. I always hoped that one day we could tell a story about pandas rooted in our own culture.” With Panda Plan, he fulfills that vision—fusing global appeal with uniquely Chinese themes.
