SM Supermalls Hosts 100th Job Fair Celebration

100 Job Fairs and Counting: SM Supermalls Reaches a Milestone! Committed to connecting talent with opportunities and fostering economic growth to empower Filipino job seekers through weekly nationwide job fairs, building a brighter future for all.

SM Supermalls proudly hosted its 100th job fair, reinforcing its unwavering commitment to providing meaningful job opportunities to Filipinos across the country. This significant milestone underscores SM Supermalls’ dedication to nation-building and economic empowerment.

SM City Valenzuela and SM City Calamba are hosting the 100th and 101st job fairs today, continuing the tradition of partnering with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Public Employment Service Offices (PESO) to provide a venue for job matching. This year, SM Supermalls has significantly scaled up its efforts, hosting weekly job fairs in various malls across the country to provide job opportunities to tens of thousands of Filipinos.

The job fairs saw thousands of job seekers converge at SM malls nationwide. These job fairs have become an essential platform for Filipinos to secure employment and improve their livelihoods.

Wide Reach and Accessibility

Held across SM Supermalls nationwide, the job fairs ensured wide accessibility for job seekers from various regions, bridging the gap between employers and potential employees. The job fairs featured on-the-spot hiring for qualified candidates, streamlining the employment process and helping fill urgent vacancies efficiently. Attendees benefited from the presence of on-site government booths, including the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Social Security System (SSS), PAG-IBIG, and PhilHealth. This setup allowed applicants to complete necessary job requirements seamlessly, enhancing their chances of immediate employment.
