It’s 11 p.m. and dessert’s calling. You look inside the fridge and discover it’s empty of sweet options. For a moment, you consider going out to buy at the nearest 24/7 convenience store, but realize you’re already in pajamas.

Instant Commerce startup Supah offers a solution and a quick fix to that. The Supah App is the first digital rapid grocery delivery service in the country today.

Head of Quick Commerce (Supah) Timothy Cu; Lance Gokongwei, JG Summit President and CEO and SariSuki Board Director; SariSuki Co-Founder and CEO Brian Cu; and SariSuki Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer Bam Mejia during Supah’s media launch event at Crowne Plaza Galleria Manila / June 22, 2022.

Supah Inc., a business unit of social commerce startup SariSuki, guarantees quality grocery items delivered within 15 minutes covering a range of popular snacks, condiments, beverages, fresh produce, dry and frozen goods, among others. All these, right at our customers’ doorsteps.

“Our business puts tremendous value on our customers’ time and needs. We see doing the grocery as effortless, time-saving and economical, while still making it possible to attend to other things. Thanks to our efficient ecosystem of suppliers, vendors and riders, we are able to fulfill this commitment without a delivery fee. However, should we for whatever reason miss our 15-min promise, we are prepared to compensate our customers with a P500 rebate” said SariSuki CEO Brian Cu.

Supah personnel picking products for a customer’s order from one of Supah’s dark warehouses.

Cu added, “Busy moms can now quickly replenish diapers or get missing ingredients they immediately need while they are cooking because we deliver their needs quickly.”

An assortment of different products, from international and local brands, are made available in the Supah App. This includes a rich selection of premium items across various food,  beverage, household, personal care, home care, and pet care segments.
