Hotel Sogo is taking a fresh approach to diversity and community engagement through the introduction of its Pride Pass, a program that transforms everyday experiences into opportunities to promote inclusion and support businesses that share the same values. Launched on June 23, the initiative goes beyond seasonal campaigns by creating a year-round platform that encourages acceptance, visibility, and meaningful partnerships.
Rather than serving as a traditional loyalty card, the Pride Pass was designed to connect guests with a network of establishments committed to fostering welcoming environments. The program reflects a growing recognition that inclusivity should be integrated into daily life and business practices, extending beyond symbolic gestures and special occasions.

Cardholders enjoy practical benefits, including discounts on accommodations and dining at Hotel Sogo branches nationwide. Members receive 22 percent off room rates and 10 percent off food purchases, making the card valuable for regular guests. More importantly, the program opens access to partner establishments across different industries, allowing users to enjoy products and services from businesses that actively support diversity and equality.
By linking hospitality with lifestyle, wellness, food, and retail services, the Pride Pass creates a broader ecosystem where customers can engage with brands that prioritize respect and inclusivity. This approach encourages collaboration among businesses while giving consumers more options to support establishments aligned with their values.

According to Hotel Sogo Corporate Marketing Head Ms. Sue Geminiano, the initiative represents a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed and appreciated.
She emphasized that the Pride Pass is more than a collection of discounts and privileges. Instead, it is a platform that encourages stronger connections between communities and businesses while promoting a culture of acceptance and mutual respect. Through the program, Hotel Sogo hopes to help create an environment where diversity is not only acknowledged but actively embraced.
The launch event highlighted this vision by bringing together members of the LGBTQIA+ community, advocates, entrepreneurs, media representatives, content creators, and corporate partners. The gathering served as both a celebration and a conversation about the importance of building safe, inclusive spaces where people from all backgrounds can feel valued.
Guests participated in various activities throughout the event, including live entertainment, interactive games, and wellness-focused experiences. Self-care stations offered complimentary treatments such as facials and massages, giving attendees an opportunity to relax while discovering services from participating partner businesses.
A diverse group of establishments has joined the Pride Pass network. Beauty and lifestyle partners include Cut Encarnacion Group of Salon, Niza Facial Centre, Fresh Hair Studio, and Arc of Beauty. Wellness brands such as Stella Advanced Medical Aesthetics and The Stella Lounge also support the initiative.
The food and beverage category features familiar names including Figaro Coffee Group brands Figaro Coffee and Angel’s Pizza, along with Max Mango, Fluid Café and Restaurant, Brews and Babes Bistro, Blaire’s Bread Basket, Zoe Delights, and Handmade Haven. Service-oriented partners such as Ideal Vision, Have A Blast Carwash & Detailing Services, and Lesquest Studios further expand the program’s reach.
As businesses increasingly recognize their role in shaping social progress, initiatives like the Pride Pass demonstrate how companies can use their platforms to encourage understanding and acceptance. More than a membership program, it serves as a reminder that inclusion becomes most meaningful when it is woven into everyday interactions, creating communities where every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and equal opportunity.
