Where Fashion and Flavor Meet

Shopping spaces are evolving beyond racks of clothing and checkout counters, becoming destinations where customers can relax, socialize, and enjoy experiences that go beyond retail. Embracing this shift, Golden ABC has introduced SIPP, a fresh café concept designed to blend specialty beverages with the lifestyle atmosphere of PENSHOPPE.

Now open inside the PENSHOPPE CLUBHOUSE at SM Mall of Asia, SIPP offers customers a refreshing stop while exploring the store. Instead of following the typical café setup, the concept focuses on inventive drinks served through a modern ready-to-pour tap system that delivers both speed and consistency while adding a visually unique experience for customers.

Built around the idea of “Not Your Usual Cup,” SIPP highlights creativity through a menu that combines coffee, tea, and matcha beverages with playful twists and local inspiration. Among its standout creations is the Ube Latte, which combines espresso, ube sauce, creamy ube foam, and crisp otap pieces to create a drink inspired by familiar Filipino flavors. Another crowd-catching option is the Coffee Berry Fizz, a sparkling coffee beverage infused with citrus and mint for a refreshing finish.

For guests looking for lighter and non-coffee alternatives, the Coco Matcha Cloud delivers chilled coconut water topped with rich matcha foam, while the Raspberry Tea Fizz offers a sparkling tea blend layered with berry notes and fresh mint. Meanwhile, coffee lovers can also enjoy the Granola Oat Latte and the minimalist Shaken Black, served with a citrus accent from dried orange slices.

All drinks are served iced in 12-ounce cups and priced below ₱200, making the café accessible to younger shoppers and casual visitors looking to explore new flavors without overspending.

According to Brandon Liu, Vice President for PENSHOPPE, the concept was created to expand how customers interact with the brand. Rather than limiting engagement to apparel, SIPP was envisioned as another way for people to connect, relax, and enjoy the overall PENSHOPPE environment.

Adding to the launch, SIPP collaborated with local artists Mark Weigh, JP Pining, and Jethro Olba, who reimagined PENSHOPPE’s iconic Crew Bear through contemporary art installations displayed within the space.

By combining fashion, beverages, and local creativity, SIPP represents a growing trend where retail spaces become lifestyle hubs—encouraging customers not just to shop, but also to stay, unwind, and experience the brand in a more personal way.
