Light as Air, Built for Everyday

The new JINS design concept for its SM Mall of Asia and SM Aura stores is a modern, minimalist space inspired by JINS’ global store aesthetics of clean lines, brighter ambiance, and improved layout.

A sense of quiet refinement filled the newly refreshed space of SM Mall of Asia as Japanese eyewear brand JINS introduced a new chapter in its retail and design story. The reopening marked more than just a store upgrade—it served as the stage for the debut of its latest innovation, the Airframe Zero Gravity Balance Design Collection, a line that reimagines what everyday eyewear can feel like.

Starting it right with a blessing of the refreshed store in SM Mall of Asia last April 11, 2026.

Set within a clean, modern interior defined by bright lighting and minimalist lines, the store reflects the brand’s global aesthetic—uncluttered, functional, and thoughtfully designed. The space invites a slower, more deliberate browsing experience, where customers can explore frames with ease and clarity. Every detail, from product displays to layout flow, is intended to make choosing eyewear both intuitive and enjoyable.

JINS Philippines, together with the SM MOA Store Team, marks the reopening of its refreshed shopping space at SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City—an updated experience now also reflected in its SM Aura store in Taguig City.

The launch gathered media and lifestyle personalities, opening with a festive coin toss that signaled a fresh beginning for the brand’s Philippine presence. Alongside its Mall of Asia branch, JINS also refreshed its store at SM Aura Premier, extending the same elevated retail experience to a wider audience.

JINS’s Jam Mamucod explains the refreshed interiors that create a more comfortable, stylish, and customer-friendly shopping experience.

At the center of it all is the Airframe Zero Gravity Balance—an evolution of a line that has already sold over 26 million units worldwide. Designed with precision and purpose, the frames are engineered to feel almost weightless, offering a level of comfort that seamlessly adapts to the rhythm of daily life. The improved weight distribution ensures balance across the face, while soft, flexible materials adjust naturally to individual contours, minimizing pressure even with extended wear.

JINS’s Airframe Zero Gravity Balance features high-density tungsten temple tips to create a counterbalance system that relieves pressure on the nose and delivers a stable, weightless fit ideal for all-day wear.

This focus on comfort is matched by durability. Built to maintain their shape despite constant use, the frames are made for those who move between different environments throughout the day—from work settings to casual moments—without needing to switch styles.

Precision on, style on. The metro’s most stylish match their looks with the Airframe Zero Gravity Balance collection, the new eyewear from JINS, the minimalist master of clean lines and precision engineering.

Visually, the collection stays true to JINS’ signature restraint. Sleek silhouettes and clean lines define each piece, while subtle variations in color offer versatility without overwhelming the design. The result is eyewear that feels as effortless as it looks—modern, adaptable, and quietly expressive.

In bringing together thoughtful design, advanced engineering, and a refreshed retail environment, JINS reinforces its commitment to making eyewear not just a necessity, but a seamless part of everyday living.
