Penser Q Brings Community-Led Filipino Work to a Global Stage With Penz Global

For nearly 15 years, Penser Q has built its work on relationships—between brands and people, stories and culture, trust and time. As the agency approaches this milestone, it is choosing to grow by staying true to what has always defined it: community.

This philosophy takes shape with the launch of Penz Global, Penser Q’s international arm, introduced through a partnership with Dubai-based Infinite Communities.

Growing without leaving roots behind

Founded nearly 15 years ago, Penser Q began as a publicity agency rooted in media relations and storytelling. Over time, its work evolved, but its foundation remained the same—relationships built on trust.

We wanted growth that still feels honest,” shared Founder and CEO Ana Liza Bautista. “Growth that allows us to bring the heart of our work to new places without losing who we are.”

Why the journey begins in Dubai

Dubai became the natural starting point for Penz Global. Beyond being a global city, it is home to one of the largest Filipino communities abroad—a place shaped by shared experiences of work, migration, and belonging.

“When we spent time there, it felt familiar,” Bautista said. “The strength of the Filipino community reminded us that connection is always the foundation.”

Partnering with a community deeply embedded in the UAE

Penser Q’s global chapter is anchored by Infinite Communities, led by Elena C. Cruz, widely known for producing Kalayaan, the Middle East’s largest Philippine Independence Day celebration.

We believe communities build brands and movements,” Cruz shared. “This partnership allows us to create work that reflects lived experience.”

The 128th Kalayaan 2026, the Middle East’s largest and most iconic Philippine Independence Day celebration, will happen on June 7, 2026, at Dubai World Trade Centre, serving as a nation-scale platform that brings together Filipino families, leaders, brands, and communities to shape the future of the Filipino presence in the region.

Leadership rooted in service and connection

A key part of Infinite Communities’ work is Josie Conlu, a long-time Filipino community leader in the UAE. Her leadership spans organizing major cultural celebrations, mentoring youth leaders, and supporting Filipino entrepreneurs—always guided by trust and service across the seven emirates.

Josie Conlu, community leader at Infinite Communities and the voice behind Love Josie, a community platform that connects, supports, and advocates for Filipino migrant communities across the UAE through trust, service, and live engagement.

“For migrant communities, being seen and supported matters,” Conlu said. “This partnership allows us to strengthen what already exists and respond to real needs.”

Building programs that matter

Together, the partnership aims to go beyond events toward long-term initiatives that support Filipino communities, including financial literacy, access to services, responsible housing education, and collaboration with institutions.

As Penz Global begins its journey, Penser Q steps onto a global stage not by leaving its roots behind, but by carrying them forward—guided by people, shared values, and community-led work.
