FAST Logistics Group wrapped up 2025 not by slowing down, but by accelerating with purpose. As the year closed, the company found itself in a position of strength—driven by wider reach, deeper partnerships, and a clearer mission to support Filipino enterprises navigating a fast-changing economy.
Rather than focusing solely on scale, FAST spent the year refining how logistics can better serve businesses of all sizes, particularly micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). New outlets opened in Nueva Vizcaya, Albay, Camarines Sur, and Sorsogon, bringing professional logistics services closer to regional entrepreneurs. These hubs, developed in collaboration with the Department of Trade and Industry and local government units, were designed to make door-to-door logistics more accessible while expanding the availability of Less-than-Truckload (LTL) and Less-than-Container Load (LCL) services.
FAST also addressed a common challenge faced by MSMEs joining trade fairs: logistics complexity. Its newly introduced end-to-end trade fair solution—covering pickup, consolidation, staging, and scheduled delivery—simplified participation and allowed small businesses to focus on selling and storytelling rather than transport issues.

Beyond commerce, sustainability emerged as a defining theme. FAST formally launched its ESG strategy alongside a Net Zero commitment by 2050, a significant move given its extensive national footprint of over 150 logistics sites, millions of square meters of warehouse space, and a fleet exceeding 3,100 trucks. This commitment translated into real-world action through partnerships, including support for Ajinomoto Philippines’ rollout of electric delivery vehicles and EV charging infrastructure.
Operational innovation also took shape in FAST’s FMCG and agricultural logistics. A new crossdock facility in Laguna strengthened modern trade distribution in South Luzon, while cold chain capabilities enabled the direct transport of Guimaras mangoes from farmers to Manila for international exhibition—connecting producers to wider markets. Collaborations with agricultural terminals and digital platforms further strengthened farm-to-market pathways.

As one of the country’s largest logistics employers, FAST continued investing in people by expanding inclusive hiring initiatives, particularly through partnerships that provide stable employment opportunities to qualified 4Ps beneficiaries.
Looking ahead to 2026, FAST Logistics remains focused on building systems that move more than goods—supporting enterprise growth, community development, and a more connected Philippine economy.
