This recognition, given through its subsidiary Helios Solar Energy Corp. (HSEC), celebrates the company’s transformative Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Program—an initiative that has become a lifeline for families in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental. Implemented with the Cadiz City Social Welfare and Development Office and the City Health Office, the program provides improved hygiene facilities and promotes safer sanitation practices for young children and vulnerable households. Cadiz City Mayor Salvador Escalante, Jr. lauded the initiative, noting how HSEC’s support strengthens the city’s Early Childhood Care and Development Program.
