At the International Design Conference (IDC) 2025, Globe strengthened its role as a catalyst for creativity and innovation, co-presenting the event alongside the Department of Trade and Industry’s Design Center of the Philippines. The partnership underscored Globe’s mission to bridge academic learning with real-world industry opportunities, empowering both students and educators to thrive in the digital era.
This year’s IDC gathered the country’s brightest creative minds for a convergence of design, innovation, and education. A highlight of Globe’s participation was an exclusive session with globally acclaimed author and speaker Joe Pine, who inspired 76 top design students from leading universities to view creativity through the lens of experience and value creation. In a heartfelt tribute to National Teachers’ Month, Globe also honored the educators who mentored these students—recognizing their indispensable role in nurturing the next generation of Filipino creative leaders.
“Globe believes that innovation flourishes when students and educators grow together,” said Jonathan Cristobal, Director of B2B Marketing at Globe. “Through this collaboration, we aim to future-proof education and foster a learning culture that keeps pace with the global creative economy.”
Beyond the conference, Globe is set to expand its impact through innovation workshops, mentorship programs, and global networking opportunities for aspiring creatives. By integrating smart technology and inclusive learning tools, Globe envisions an ecosystem where teachers are empowered, students are inspired, and institutions are digitally equipped to lead.
Through its partnership with IDC 2025, Globe reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing Filipino talent and advancing creative education—helping every learner and mentor #GoForIt in a connected, innovative future.
