Globe Telecom reaffirmed its stature as one of the region’s most admired employers with a landmark win at the HR Excellence Awards 2025. Held on August 7 at the Grand Hyatt Manila, the company was named Ultimate Grand Winner after taking home a record 11 awards—its strongest performance since joining the prestigious program.
The annual HR Excellence Awards recognize organizations that demonstrate leadership, innovation, and measurable impact in human resources. Globe’s sweeping victory underscores its long-standing commitment to progressive people strategies and its Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Create Everyday Possibilities.
This year, Globe secured Gold honors for Excellence in Employee Advocacy and Brand Ambassadors, Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Addressing Urban Workforce Challenges. Adding to the triumph were two of the event’s highest individual awards: HR Manager of the Year for Mark Dimaisip and HR Leader of the Year for Chief Human Resource Officer Renato Manuel Jiao.
Silver awards for Excellence in Hybrid Working and Employee Volunteerism, alongside Bronze citations for Talent Mobility and Talent Acquisition, further reflect the company’s holistic approach to employee experience—balancing innovation with care, and organizational goals with individual growth.
Globe’s performance highlights its steady climb in the awards program. From five wins in 2022, including Overall Winner, to nine in 2023 and six in 2024, the company’s record 11 awards this year mark a new high point in its HR journey.
“Our people are at the heart of everything we do,” Jiao shared. “These awards are a testament to the creativity and resilience of every Ka-Globe as we shape a future of work that empowers careers and embraces inclusivity.”
With this milestone, Globe once again sets the benchmark for workplace innovation in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, proving how a people-first philosophy drives lasting business success.
