AirAsia Fuels Big Dreams for Young Game Creators

AirAsia continues to level up the dreams of Southeast Asia’s game developers with the successful return of RedGames Jam: Dream It Vol. 2. Held in Kuala Lumpur, the competition brought together some of the region’s brightest young talents—and this year, it was Team Glep who claimed victory and earned an all-expenses-paid trip to the 2025 Tokyo Game Show.

What made their win even more inspiring? Team Glep had joined the competition the previous year, falling short of the top prize. But instead of giving up, they came back with sharper skills, fresh creativity, and a determination that led them to the championship title this time around.

The RedGames Jam is part of AirAsia’s broader Dream It brand experience, a platform designed to spotlight and support creative communities across the region. Now on its third year, the initiative continues to provide a launchpad for aspiring developers to showcase their work and turn passion into opportunity.

As a bonus, the winning game developed by Team Glep may soon be featured on the AirAsia MOVE app under the ‘RedGames’ section, allowing thousands of travelers to play and enjoy their creation in the near future.

More than just a competition, Dream It: Vol. 2 proves that AirAsia is not only about travel—it’s about journeying with dreamers, creators, and storytellers, bringing them closer to the global stage, one game at a time.
