Acai Always Brings Healthy Indulgence to Manila

Manila’s dessert scene just got a healthful twist with the arrival of Acai Always, co-founded by chef consultant Justin David and entrepreneur Errol “Dynamix” Alegre, Jr. Located at SM Megamall Fashion Hall, Level 2, Acai Always is the first in the Philippines to offer Acai Sorbet Bowls and Soft Serve, giving a nutritious spin to traditional frozen treats.

Alegre, who grew up enjoying acai bowls in Guam, is thrilled to share this superfood experience with Manila. “People have seen it online, but now they can finally taste it for themselves,” he says. The brand aims to redefine indulgence by offering dairy-free, antioxidant-rich acai options that are both delicious and nourishing.

Acai Always takes pride in its commitment to quality, working with local farmers to source fresh ingredients while maintaining their high standards. “I wanted to make micronutrient intake easy and enjoyable without sacrificing flavor,” explains David, a Le Cordon Bleu Sydney-trained chef. His culinary expertise ensures that every bowl and soft serve is as delightful as it is healthy.

With its first store now open, Acai Always is already planning to expand across Metro Manila, bringing its refreshing, guilt-free desserts to more locations. The brand is set to change how Filipinos think about healthy eating, proving that nutritious choices can also be fun and indulgent.

Visit Acai Always at SM Megamall Fashion Hall, Level 2, and experience a new way to enjoy healthy indulgence.
