The Movie Workers Welfare Foundation, Inc. (MOWELFUND), represented by Chairwoman Boots Anson Roa, played a pivotal role in the event, highlighting its continued commitment to supporting workers in the Philippine film industry.

MOWELFUND’s presence reinforced the social and cultural significance of the partnership. Distinguished guests from MMFF, MIFF, and their brand and media partners attended the signing, including Chairman Romando S. Artes of the MMDA, Atty.
