The 12th Global Youth Summit (GYS) 2024 united over 24,000 young sustainability champions. GYS toured 17 provinces in the Philippines before its grand finale at the Mall of Asia Arena. SM Cares and Global Peace Foundation (GPF) designed the summit to empower young leaders to address critical issues aligned with the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The event featured powerful talks by advocate Heart Evangelista, GPF Asia Pacific Regional President Ingill Ra, pilot Steve Dailisan, and content creators Abi Marquez and Lyqa Maravilla.

Electrifying performances by singer-songwriter Maki, the all-Filipino K-Pop group HORI7ON, and the National University (NU) Pep Squad added to the energy. Additionally, five seed grant winners received P250,000 to bring their ideas to life.
