We are delighted that Decathlon has continued to grow with us here at SM Supermalls, with its latest branch at SM City Fairview. SM has always been the place for everyone to come together and experience new things. With our goal to continue making every Filipino welcome here at SM, we continue to support businesses like Decathlon that make sports more accessible for everyone.”

Decathlon Fairview, as with the previous concept stores in SM Mall Of Asia and North Edsa, incorporates innovative omnichannel features into the traditional store experience.

“Our concept store is built with the Filipino omnishopper in mind,” says Janella Landayan, Decathlon Fairview Store Leader. “ Our product offerings are not limited to what they see in-store – we encourage our sports users to access and browse decathlon.ph and book their orders via store pickup, or have it delivered straight to their homes. We also have self-checkout kiosks, as well as digital payment options readily available at our cashiers, for a seamless shopping experience.”

But Landayan also ensures that the Decathlon experience doesn’t stop there. “With our ‘Satisfied or Satisfied’ customer promise, we ensure that our customers need only to worry about their sports journey. Our products can be tested in-store, and by being a Decathlon member for free, they benefit from a number of perks, including return and exchange, 2-year warranty on our products, and access to Decathlon sports events,” she shares.

Decathlon Fairview has been awarded with the EDGE green building certification, ensuring that the store demonstrates high-environmental performance in terms of water, energy and materials efficiency. This award makes Decathlon Fairview the first-ever mall store in the whole Philippines to reach this level of environmental certification. With the Decathlon Masinag store as a certified green building by LEED, this strengthens the company’s ongoing commitment towards making the planet a sustainable playground for sport.

In line with the Decathlon Philippines’ sustainability project, Decathlon Fairview will propose Ecodesigned products, as well as a Second Life section, where preloved Decathlon items are bought-back, repaired, and resold for a lower price. It will also have its staples like the Workshop, where shoppers can customize, repair and upgrade their sports items, and a community area where sports events will be hosted.
